“Globalization isn’t dead, it’s transforming – and that will change how we do business.” Professor of International Economics Richard Baldwin opened the first day of Orchestrating Winning Performance 2023 (OWP) at IMD’s Lausanne campus with a deep reflection on where globalization goes from here.

There’s no room for economic growth and prosperity if people don’t trust in money. After an inspiring keynote session with Mate Rimac wrapped up the inaugural day of IMD’s signature program, Orchestrating Winning Performance (OWP), Day 2 brought organizational resilience to the fore: from insights on social entrepreneurship to the development of an agile strategy.

With a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence, day 3 of IMD’s Orchestrating Winning Performance (OWP) program empowered participants to confront the uncertainties surrounding AI and uncover its potential for their organizations.
