I don't remember my password, how can I retrieve it? |
You can retrieve your username and set a new password by clicking on this link and providing your email address. |
My account has been locked, what should I do? |
After ten faulty tentatives and for security reasons, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. Please retry later or contat IT Helpdesk in case of emergency |
How can I create an account? |
In the top right corner of the website, click on the avatar image and click create an account. Enter the requested information. The email address you enter will become your username. You will need to confirm your email address before signing in. |
How can I change my password? |
Method 1: Retrieve your MyIMD account using the above link, enter your email address and you will receive an automatic email from IMD which will allow you to set a new password. Once you receive the email, click on the Reset your Password to set a new one. Method 2: In the top right corner of the website, click on the avatar image and login. Once logged in, go to MyIMD and click on Account settings. From there you can change your password. |
How can I change my username? |

How do I update my profile? |
In the top right corner of the website, click on the avatar image and login. Once logged in, go to MyIMD and click on My Profile, Professional experience or Education depending on the information you want to edit. |

What are the technical requirements to access my Learning Portal? |
The latest version of any modern browser is required to access the Learning Portal: Chrome, Firefox, Safari (Macintosh) and Edge (Windows). Please note: IE11 is no longer supported by our LMS provider (Canvas). View the list of currently supported browsers. • IMD videos are located on a streaming service called Qumu.
