Professor of Digital Strategy, Analytics and Innovation and Dean of IMD Asia and Oceania

Professor of Digital Strategy, Analytics and Innovation. Professor Piskorksi is Voyager’s lead expert on transformation and digital. He has designed several adaptive on-line tools used as part of Voyager assessments to provide targeted recommendations on where leaders need to strengthen their knowledge and capabilities. In addition, Professor Piskorski is the joint architect of the Voyager Future Readiness Leader Performance Model, which distils the key behaviors essential to enable businesses to deliver the dual transformation necessary for sustained success in today’s dynamic environment. Professor Piskorski is also Dean of Asia, with a keen focus on ensuring Voyager is globally relevant.

Ric Roi

Affiliate Professor of Leadership and Organization

Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior. One of the world’s leading experts on leadership ambidexterity and its importance in enabling Dual Transformation, Professor Roi is the driving force behind distilling and measuring the key attributes, motives and behaviors that deliver enhanced individual and organizational performance in a changing commercial environment. Professor Roi is the joint architect of the Voyager Future Readiness Model, combining his research interests with his deep expertise in leadership assessment and development gained through his roles in senior leadership roles in consultancies such as Russell Reynolds and Korn Ferry.

Alyson Meister

Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior

Alyson’s focus in on enabling organizations to develop inclusive and resilient leaders, teams, and workplaces. Her research specialty includes topics surrounding identity and diversity as well as workplace stress, mental health, and wellbeing. She is distilling key insights from her research into the forthcoming Voyager assessment tools, one measuring Resilience and one focused on Innovation.

Niccolo Pisani

Professor of Strategy and International Business

Niccolo’s areas of expertise include strategic management and international business with an emphasis on globalization, sustainability, and digitization. Niccolo is Voyager’s expert on strategy and execution. He has provided a wealth of insights into the development of Voyager tools and has shaped the creation of targeted development journeys for leaders in Leading Strategy.

Mark Greeven

Professor of Innovation and Strategy

Mark has been the driving force behind mapping the business acumen and know-how requirements for Future Ready leaders that form the foundation of the Business Know-How tools. In addition, Mark’s decade of experience in research, teaching, and consulting in China to explore how to organize innovation in a turbulent world ensures that the assessments reflect a range of business models and cultural contexts to support their relevance in a wide range of business and economic contexts.

Tania Lennon

Executive Director, Strategic Talent

Tania’s area of expertise is in talent transformation and talent assessment. Her research focuses on harnessing new technologies to increase the predictive validity of leader assessments as the basis for increasing the impact of development and progression planning on individual and leader performance. Tania has been awarded for driving innovation in assessment and for advances in analytics to measure business impact. An organizational psychologist, Tania draws on her many years of experience in senior leadership roles in talent and leadership for organizations such as Korn Ferry, ZS Associates and Pearn Kandola.

Stephanie Comenge

European Director, Strategic Talent

Stephanie’s extensive experience in leadership development and her work as an executive coach led her to focus on talent development and talent transformation. Stephanie supports clients to generate and harness insights into their talent pipelines using Voyager assessments in order to target development, shape progression plans and increase the impact of leader development on individual and organizational performance.

Silke Mischke

Senior Lecturer, Cognitive Psychologist and Co- Program Director of the IMD Executive Coaching Certificate Program

Silke’s specialist area is in facilitating individual change, drawing on her research and insights encompassing areas such as neuroscience, leader identity and emotional intelligence. Silke has been a key collaborator on the Voyager team to address the area of Leading Self and to support the creation of rich personal development planning experiences that harness the deep insights that Voyager tools provide.

Patrick Reinmoeller

Professor of Strategy and Innovation

Drawing on his teaching, research and consulting in the area of strategic thinking, with a particular focus on customer-centric innovation, Patrick’s involvement in Voyager has ensured that participants receive rich, targeted and highly expert insights on the quality of their strategic approach. Patrick’s extensive experience in Japan has also contributed to the international relevance of the tools.

Natalia Olynec

Chief Sustainability Officer for IMD and Head of the Center for Sustainable and Inclusive Organizations

Natalia has been a vital contributor to the development of Voyager’s Sustainability assessments. Drawing on the expertise of IMD’s Faculty focused on sustainability, Natalia has ensured that Voyager assessments capture the complexity of leadership on sustainability issues while providing actionable insights that support organizations to enhance their approach.
