This follow up case looks at the changes implemented by Magdi Batato after two years as executive director of production at Nestlé Malaysia. In June 2007, he faced new challenges, not least among them was sustaining the success of SAWTs and continuous improvement at Nestlé Malaysia. Implementing changes in managing human resources would be critical to the long-term sustainability of Malaysia’s operations.
