10 pages
June 1998
Reference: IMD-3-0726

This case begins with the acquisition of Unikeller and follows the growth of the company over the ten years after the acquisition. Finally a point is reached where Rieter CEO, Kurt Feller is considering a change in the leadership of his Unikeller division. At the end of the case a candidate is proposed, and his CV is provided. The students must then decide if he should be hired or another candidate sought, or, if nothing should be done at all.
