This is an abridged version of the case IMD-6-0252. This case is a short (2-page) follow-up to the A-case: IMD-6-0270 and should be used together with it. It summarizes Derek Gray’s personal learning points and reflections on the outsourcing decision. The case invites participants to think about the implementation challenges for the following year and how to measure the success of the outsourcing.
