How to apply to an IMD Open Program

We review applications on a rolling basis, and places are limited – we encourage you to apply early to secure your spot. When reviewing applications, we look closely at your professional experience, leadership responsibilities, and overall fit for the program.

Choose your session and fill in:
1. Personal and contact details
2. Professional experience and current role
3. Education
4. Learning objectives and key challenges (not required for OWP program)
5. Invoice information
Confirm your availability and accept our terms & conditions.

Your application is reviewed to ensure the program matches your goals and profile. This process usually takes around one week.

You might be contacted for a short call (depending on the program).

Once approved, you receive an email with:
1. Enrollment confirmation
2. Invoice and payment details

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice or before the program starts (whichever comes first).

Up to six weeks before the program starts, you gain access to the learning portal, where you can start diving into pre-work, explore program content, and in some cases connect with your class. A dedicated Program Coordinator will contact you with practical details, such as pre-program preparation and hotel information (for on-campus programs).

Next start & fee

Length: 4 days on campus, three 3-hour live virtual sessions, as well as pre- & post-program for support and follow-up.

SPECIAL OFFER: Fourth participant from the same company is free.

The program fee includes pre- and post-program support. Tuition and teaching materials are also included.
All fees quoted are exclusive of any value-added or other indirect taxes that may be due in any country.
IMD reserves the right to modify the program dates, location, and fee at any time.
