The liVe program experience was exceptional and truly lived up to IMD’s reputation. Every L&D leader, and especially those responsible for leading transformation in the L&D function, must definitely attend this program. Learning with Prof. Shlomo and building a network with senior learning professionals across various industries is truly a privilege!

I took away learnings and actionable elements in every dimension that we touched upon. I not only felt much more confident and focused, but also clear in my intentions about shaping the future state of L&D in my organization and my own professional career.

My expectations of the course were high and IMD exceeded them, delivering excellent content with a dedicated team. OLA  enhanced my knowledge, tools, and excitement to further develop learning and capacity building in my organization as well as enhancing my career.

We reorganised our HR structure from a competence-driven organization to a talent-driven one. We now have a talent center focusing on hiring, developing, and reorienting people, and a learning center focusing on learning methods, courses, new developments, and workplace coaching.

We strengthened the positioning of our new training department as a key business partner and launched an internal marketing plan as part of this initiative.

The program reinforced our commitment to measure the impact of learning and to increase the personalization of our learning experiences.

The program has contributed to setting the overall strategic direction of our reflection on organizational learning.
