Step 1: Prepare
Online, self-paced preparation
- Carry out a detailed diagnosis of your organization’s learning strategy and practices.
- Watch assigned videos and read preparatory material.
Step 2: Align
Live virtual, three 3-hour sessions
- Align your business and learning strategies.
- Understand how external factors affect your CLO agenda.
- Ensure that the CLO agenda is aligned with the CEO agenda.
Step 3: Explore, transform and position
On campus, 4 days
- Explore emerging trends in technology and their impact on learning. Discover innovation at IMD.
- Understand how to focus on learning that leads to behavioral change among individuals,
teams, and the organization as a whole. - Position the L&D function through branding, marketing, and measurable,
impact-driven initiatives. - Reflect on you, your team and the value you bring to your organization.
- Explore the intelligent enterprise.
- Draw on your learnings from the program to create a detailed execution plan.
Step 4: Back at work
- Continue working on your specific challenges in learning tandems with peers from the program.
