Bring entrepreneurial thinking into the workplace
In the face of an increasingly uncertain future, organizations are challenged to adapt swiftly to continuous change. While this environment can pose difficulties, it also reveals new business opportunities that savvy entrepreneurs have capitalized on to disrupt industries. More and more, established organizations are recognizing the need for a more agile and entrepreneurial in-house approach to continue to thrive.
IMD’s Lean Intrapreneurship program is designed to foster entrepreneurial thinking and action among employees. It enables organizations to maintain a competitive edge, boost their agility, and fuel their innovation potential. Participants in the program gain a comprehensive understanding of the powerful forces shaping their industry and learn to identify and seize new growth areas.
Designed for both pre-existing and cross-departmental teams, this program focuses on developing concrete projects from ideation to market testing and validation. This process culminates in a robust business plan, ready to be presented to the executive committee. Throughout the journey, teams receive in-depth coaching from experts, ensuring that every step of the way leads to maximum impact and tangible change.

Over this three-phase program, with intensive hands-on coaching support from experts, teams will build prototypes and test them on the market.
