Cyril Bouquet is Professor of Strategy and Innovation. He specializes in helping organizations and executives to tackle complex challenges through innovation and creativity. An award-winning researcher and teacher, he supports organizations on significant transition journeys as they seek to create change and deliver progress for society.
Challenges he has recently taken on include helping Nestlé to achieve its carbon neutrality objectives, working with O-I Glass to define the company’s ambition and advance its sustainability agenda, rethinking the banking experience with UBS and UBP, and re-imagining the future of women’s football with UEFA and the International Olympic Committee.
Dr. Alexander (Alex) Osterwalder, founder and CEO of Strategyzer, is a leading author, IMD visiting professor, entrepreneur, and in-demand speaker whose work has changed the way established companies do business and how new ventures get started. Ranked No. 4 of the top 50 management thinkers worldwide, Osterwalder also holds the Thinkers50 Strategy Award.
He invented the Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, and Business Portfolio Map together with Yves Pigneur – practical tools that are trusted by millions of business practitioners from leading global companies. His books include the international bestseller Business Model Generation, Value Proposition Design, Testing Business Ideas, The Invincible Company, and the newest one, High-Impact Tools for Teams.
