Ralf Muhrmann was outside director of an Indian micro-lending organization. In a presentation of the 5-year strategy plan given by the CEO, Ralf Muhrman gets more upset by the minute, as the CEO’s plans do not show much ambition. Ralf wonders how the company can survive in the ever more turbulent market with a such a reluctant CEO. However, he is not yet sure how to handle the situation.
