Caesar's writers

Managing “all-star” teams of high-performers for effective creative output is never easy. Few teams were as creative or as successful as the group of writers who wrote the material for the Sid Caesar television shows in the 1950s. Included were such luminaries as Woody Allen, Mel Brooks and Neil Simon. This case explores the creative dynamics of this team as a way of illustrating effective management of a team of virtuoso performers.
