I found the program really useful and was particularly enthusiastic about the finance, sustainability, and strategy topics, and how, together, they can drive competitive advantage. I learned how to develop KPIs to track materiality performance and how to define KPI methodologies for the purpose of hindsight, insight, and foresight. I also gained insights into the importance of integrated reporting and forward-looking insights for investments, and how partnerships and collaborations are key to sustainability transformation.
