Attending the Program for Executive Development (PED) is ideal if you are an experienced manager who has recently transitioned or will soon transition into a business leadership/general management position. You want to boost your leadership capabilities and successfully manage organizational/transformational change.

The Program for Executive Development brings you the opportunity to learn and grow with a highly diverse group of like-minded individuals. Typically, participants are working as a function or department manager, or already managing a business, country or region.

Program duration

The PED program takes place in two phases, comprising:

Stage 1: Foundations for Business Leadership: 20 consecutive days

Stage 2: Transition to Business Leadership: 2 x 2-week modules on campus with inter-module support

The flexible timetable means you can choose the best schedule to fit your needs. Programs must be followed in sequence.
