Find quick help on how to manage your MyIMD account

To set a new password, click here and enter your email address.
If you’ve forgotten your password and email address, or if you no longer have access to your registered email, you can request a temporary password by proving your identity. Please email a scan of your ID card, passport, or driver’s license to the IT Helpdesk. You can also reach out through service.imd.org, please connect as a guest and use the MyIMD login change request.
To log in, click on the avatar image in the top-right corner of the website. After logging in, navigate to ‘MyIMD’ and select ‘Account Settings’. From there, you can update your password and/or your username (which is your login email address).

To change your personal information, click on the avatar image in the top-right corner of the website and log in. After logging in, go to MyIMD and select either My Profile, Professional Experience, or Education, depending on which details you wish to update.
Please note: If you already have an account that you cannot access, please refrain from creating a duplicated account (you won’t have access to previous or current program). Try to retrieve your username and password by clicking on this link or contact us via our Support portal: service.imd.org or phone: +41 (0) 21 618 0789.
Click here and click on “Sign up now” to create an account
Enter the requested information.
Make sure you click on “Send verification code” and then confirm in the field the code received on your email address.
The email address you will enter will become your username.
In the top right corner of the website, click on the avatar image and login. Once logged in, go to MyIMD and click on Account settings. Then, click on Link with a social account. Choose the social media platform you want to link with and log in to complete the process.

To access the Learning Portal, you need the latest version of a modern browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari (for Macintosh), or Edge (for Windows). Please be aware that Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) is no longer supported by our Learning Management System provider, Canvas. You can view the list of supported browsers for more information.
Streaming Service: IMD videos are hosted on a streaming service called Qumu. You can view a sample video.
Assignment Submission: To submit assignments, ensure that your web browser allows document uploads.
Third-party Cookies: Your browser must allow third-party cookies. You can check your browser’s settings.
