- Becoming a tech-ready board: explore what it takes for boards to be future-ready and discuss the main levers that boards can use to increase their digital fluency in emerging technologies.
- Impact of digital and AI transformation on organizations and workforces: examine the effects of technological advancements on organizations, and how boards can best prepare their organizations to navigate them.
- Generative AI for boards: unpack the theories, technologies, and mathematics behind AI, particularly generative tools and large language models. Learn how to advise effectively on their use as a board member.
- Cybersecurity for boards: review high-profile examples of cybercrime, identify vulnerabilities and risks, and probe key questions to enhance board governance and address digital risks.
- Digital and AI ethics for boards: explore emerging questions and issues that relate to the ethical impact of advanced technologies – going beyond cybersecurity to explore areas such as sustainability, responsibility, equality, inclusion, and justice.
