Fairness for all: A dialogue on majority concerns in the wake of minority advancement
In this interactive event we will, through the presence of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) thought leaders, address the most pressing DE&I opportunities and dilemmas that organizations face today.
This will include Inclusive Leadership and how to foster inclusion for all. Together, we will explore what the evolution of DE&I has been, how it will progress in our ever complex world, and how you can make a difference.
Over three sessions, we will discuss: whether there are boundaries to inclusiveness when we discuss Transition and female identity?, how can more white men be engaged in the inclusion conversation?, and how to successfully include the people from immigrant backgrounds in organizations and why it matters.
