Moving the Organization Back to Growth: How CFOs Can Stimulate Innovation and Revenue in Times of Uncertainty







Frank Geelen is the EY lead finance consulting partner for Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA). He also leads its CFO program in the EMEIA region from the Amsterdam office where he is based. He is passionate about helping CFOs and their teams transform their finance functions and has been active primarily in the private sector. He is a strong supporter of diversity, inclusion, and safety in the workplace.
Geelen has a strong background in both finance line management and finance consulting having worked previously for Unilever, Royal Philips, PwC, and Deloitte. He co-authored the 2021 book The CFO in Pole Position. He holds a master’s degree in econometrics and operations research from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a post-master’s degree in finance and controlling (Chartered Controller) from the University of Amsterdam, and an Executive MBA (EMBA) from the Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
