Given that membership is on a personal basis only, the Circle is a select community of CFOs who network, learn, and share in a fully confidential environment at the shore of Lake Geneva.

    The IMD & EY CFO Circle is a joint initiative of the global EY organization and IMD in which we bring together CFOs on a personal invitation basis only. It provides a unique peer-to-peer engagement opportunity for CFOs to enhance their skills, broaden their perspectives, and lead their organizations with greater confidence and effectiveness. Members of the CFO Circle also have the opportunity to meet in person at the annual CFO Summit, where they share insights in a highly confidential environment. By leveraging the combined expertise of IMD’s faculty and EY experts, the Circle equips CFOs with the knowledge and insights they need to excel in their roles and drive their organizations forward.

    EY EMEIA Lead Finance Consulting Leader and CFO Program Leader

    Frank Geelen is EY’s lead finance consulting partner for Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA). He also leads its CFO program in the EMEIA region from the Amsterdam office where he is based. He is passionate about helping CFOs and their teams transform their finance functions and has been working with leading multi nationals to define and implement their finance strategy and roadmap. He is a specialist on value and performance management and the adoption of new digital technologies in finance.
