Assistant Director of the IMD Global Center for Digital Business Transformation
Tima Jadaan is the Assistant Director at the IMD Global Center for Digital Business Transformation. Her responsibilities include overseeing the Center’s projects and outcomes, managing stakeholders, leading the communication strategy and overseeing operational aspects.
Prior to taking on her current position, Tima was in charge of managing “Orchestrating Winning Performance”, IMD’s flagship program. She joined IMD in 2021.
Researcher and Writer
Tomoko Yokoi (@tokoyokoi) is a researcher and adviser at the Global Center for Digital Business Transformation. She is a Forbes Contributor on topics related to digital transformation and innovation, and her insights have been published in numerous outlets such as Quartz and MIT Sloan Management Review.
Yokoi brings unique practitioner insights to her research and advisory services, drawing from her 20 years of experience leading digital transformations and marketing excellence as a senior executive in B2B and B2C industries. Having worked in Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing software ventures, she understands the unique digital challenges faced by both large organizations and digital upstarts needing to scale.
She is the co-author of Hacking Digital: Best Practices to Implement and Accelerate Your Business Transformation, and is currently focused on responsible digital transformation practices.
Jialu Shan is a research fellow at the Global Center for Digital Business Transformation and the Center for Future Readiness. Her research areas include digital business transformation, business model innovation and new practices, and corporate governance practices. She is particularly interested in the Asian market.
Shan obtained her PhD in economics (management) from the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Lausanne (HEC, Lausanne) in 2012. Before joining IMD she worked as a lecturer at the International Hotel School of César Ritz Colleges in Brig, Switzerland.
She has published works on a variety of topics, including business model innovation and digital innovation in the Asian market.

Research Fellow
Lazaros Goutas is a research fellow at the Global Center for Digital Business Transformation. He previously held academic roles at Loughborough University, ETH Zurich, and INSEAD Business School. He received his PhD from the University of Cambridge in 2011.
His research examines topics around digital transformation, specifically on digitally enabled decision-making, developing digital business models, and identifying ways in which technology can aid organizations in their environmental sustainability journey.
Part of his research has been published in MIS Quarterly, Decision Support Systems, Communications of the ACM, and Electronic Markets. Goutas has taught several undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the areas of information architecture, human-computer interaction, information system implementation, and digital strategy.

Research Fellow
Konstantinos Trantopoulos is a research fellow at the Global Center for Digital Business Transformation. Previously, he has been a strategy consultant with Accenture, a senior advisor with Evolution Ltd, and a Visiting Fellow at MIT.
He works with global brands and government agencies on topics covering strategy, digital and AI, innovation and growth, CX/commercial excellence, business transformation and performance improvements. Konstantinos has worked on a wide range of industries with a particular focus on consumer & retail, TMT, hospitality & real estate, energy, and the public sector.
His work has been covered by various media channels including CNNMoney, Neue Zürcher Zeitung, Handelszeitung, Hubert Burda’s DLD, and the World Economic Forum.
