How can the group capitalize on its core expertise and combined strength of its multiple businesses?

How we worked together

NCC partnered with IMD in an exploratory journey to redefine how to leverage from its scale and scope to boost profitability and growth.

A 15-month journey with top leadership, business and regional leaders, executives and top talent from across the Nordics, leading to the creation of a shared strategic agenda and roadmap for the group.

NCC teams embarked on an exploration of areas to strengthen the foundation and shape the future of the business, such as customer-centricity, scaling up businesses and driving a value-driven organization.

Engaged nearly 500 executives from across all business areas, functions and regions, in a series of workshops with senior leadership, exploration teams, top 150 leadership, and all-hands working sessions.

We have a shared view on what needs to change and this will facilitate the transformation once we have set our strategic direction and operational model. IMD has guided us through this process and provided valuable insights from other industries, inspiration and structure.
