The second part of this two-part case shows a sample of the policy statement formulated by Mampf which defends the safety of the technology while electing not to use it at the current time. A story follows in which a genetic byproduct is found in food produced by Mampf to the surprise of company officials. The company is now faced with a decision of how to handle the situation.
