Ben Bryant is a highly experienced educator, facilitator, and designer of transformational learning experiences. For more than 20 years, he has worked with senior executives from diverse industries, career stages, and nationalities through several leadership programs at IMD and London Business School.

Bryant has made a significant contribution to the development and growth of thousands of senior executives and their teams. His challenging and supportive style invites leaders to look deeply within through structured processes of reflection, questioning, and sensemaking in order to transform themselves. His teaching is backed by decades of research and observation of personal and organizational transformation.
